Reports
TaxRateCentral includes two reports. Search for them in Tell Me.
Customer Certificates
The Customer Certificates report lists the tax exempt certificates and the number of days until each certificate expires. Use it to find the certificates to renew.

| Source No. | A filter on the customer numbers |
| As of Date | The date that the report counts the days from. The default is the work date |
| Expiring Within (Days) | Includes only the certificates that expire within this number of days |
| Hide Expired Certificates | Removes the certificates that expired before the As of Date |
TaxRateCentral Sales Taxes Collected Enhanced
The TaxRateCentral Sales Taxes Collected Enhanced report shows the sales tax for each tax jurisdiction, grouped by the Report-to Jurisdiction. It adds the TaxRateCentral reporting codes for the city, the county, the state, and the special district. Use it to prepare the sales tax returns.
Filters
Filter the Tax Jurisdiction on Code, Report-to Jurisdiction, Tax Group Filter, or Date Filter.
Options
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Report Type | Summary, Normal, or Detail. Detail shows each tax entry |
| Include Sales | Includes the tax from sales. If you select none of the three options, the report selects this one |
| Include Purchases | Includes the tax from purchases |
| Include Use Tax | Includes the tax entries that are marked as use tax |
